One more new custom rom specifically for the Max Pro M1 smartphone, namely WrathOS.

WrathOS is an AOSP-based Android 10 custom rom made by the developer VigneshTN36, which has been modified in such a way to produce a ROM that has stability and performance that is much better than the default ROM.

Step by step to Install WrathOS Rom

Download WrathOS rom (link above)
Boot into TWRP and backup the rom you are currently using.
Wipe > Advance Wipe > Cache, Data, System & Dalvik Cache.
Flash Rom.
Flash Gapps (Opsional)
Flash Magisk (Opsional)
Reboot System.
